The access code that Swisslinx sent me does not work

To receive a new access code and create your password, you can use the "Forgot my password" link. Here is how:

  1. Open the Swisslinx mobile app.
  2. Click on the link "Forgot my password".
  3. Enter the email address connected to your Swisslinx account.
  4. Follow the instructions sent to your email account.

My salary certificate is not available

The salary certificates will be available to download from the 10th of the month and you will be notified on the Swisslinx mobile app when a new certificate is available to download. Until then, the salary certificate is not accessible even though you can see it the list.

If after the 10th of the month your salary certificate is still not accessible, please contact moc.xnilssiws@troppus.

Where can I find my Lohnausweis in the Swisslinx mobile app?

The file will be available to you until the beginning of March and allocated in the respective year of the Lohnausweis / Salary Certificate.
From the menu, choose the Salary section then select from the drop-down menu the chosen year of the certificate. Under the selected year you will find all available documents. Click on the document you want to see it/save it. (Image 1)

Please note that you will always receive a notification when a new document is available on the Swisslinx mobile app.

I have problems opening my salary certificate on my IPhone or iPad


All documents in the app are PDF files. You have different ways to open a PDF on your iPhone or iPad:

First, click on the button of the document you would like to open on the Swisslinx mobile app.

The device will open a popup window (Image 2) to select which mobile app you would like to use.

You have several options at this point:

A. Tap "Import with iBooks" to open & store your PDF file. (Image 3)

B. You can also use Adobe Acrobat by taping "Copy to Adobe Acrobat" (Image 4) to open & store your PDF file. (Download the free Adobe Acrobat mobile app)

C. In case you have removed iBooks and/or do not want to install another mobile app on your device, we suggest you tap "Mail" (image 5) to send the PDF file by email, using your email account.

Please note that you can also use mobile apps as "Kindle", "Chrome", "iCloud", "Dropbox" or others that support PDF files.

How to I send my contract, salary certificate or any other document to my email? (iPhone)


All documents in the app are PDF files.

To send them to your email, first click on the button of the document you would like to open on the Swisslinx mobile app.

The device will open a popup window to select which mobile app you would like to use. Select "Mail" (image 6) to send the PDF file by email, using your email account.

Alternatively, in case you have a printer connected to your device, you can simply press "Print" which will send the selected document to be printed.

How can I electronically sign my contract in the Swisslinx app?


You will find the new contract under Tasks / Open Tasks. Once you are there just click on the Contract to open – at the bottom, you must click on the button written "Sign" - after that, just sign with your finger in the signature field, then click submit.

How do I change my email?

  1. Open your Swisslinx mobile app and login with your email and password.
  2. Open the "Menu" and click on "Settings".
  3. Under "Change email", type your new email followed by your current password.
  4. You will then receive a confirmation link on your new email account.
Please note that after confirming the change, you will be required to use your new email address to login on the Swisslinx mobile app.

My user account was blocked

To unlock your account:
  1. Open your Swisslinx mobile app
  2. On the login page, click on the link "Forgot my password".
  3. Enter the email address connected to your Swisslinx account.
  4. Follow the instructions

To update your old documents, please use the section Help Center/Other Queries where you can submit your new documents.
